All event tickets are managed through See Tickets. Attendees can present tickets either printed or displayed on mobile devices. Staff will scan the QR code or barcode at entry. Those unable to access digital copies can provide their purchase name and valid photo ID for box office lookup.

The venue maintains ADA compliance across most areas. General Admission and Balcony Seating (via main showroom entrance) are accessible, while Mezzanine is not. For standing-room events, chairs are available in General Admission upon request. ADA tables may be reserved upon request for advance accommodation planning.

Banned items include large bags, backpacks, firearms, pocket knives, utility tools, pepper spray, and dangerous objects. Small purses and bags undergo searches. Outside food and beverages (including flasks) are not allowed.

Wristbands, tickets, or hand stamps permit re-entry. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas only.

The full-service bar requires valid photo ID for anyone purchasing or consuming alcohol (21+). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears overly intoxicated. Outside alcohol is prohibited; violations in parking areas trigger police notification.

Policies differ by artist. Cell phone and small digital camera photos are typically permitted, while detachable-lens cameras need prior approval and photo passes. Flash photography is prohibited.

Most shows welcome all ages. Children under 5 attend free with accompanying ticketed adults. Non-all-ages events are clearly marked. Guests under 18 need responsible adult supervision and proper ID where applicable.
