Ticket Redemption

​

All tickets for our events are processed through See Tickets.

You may present your Print-at-Home ticket either:

• Printed on paper, or
   

• Saved on your mobile device
   

Please have the document open and ready so our Box Office Attendant can quickly scan the QR code or barcode upon arrival.

​

If you are unable to access your ticket, simply provide the name used at purchase along with a valid photo ID. Our Box Office team will locate your order in the system.

​

For the smoothest entry experience, we recommend having your ticket ready before reaching the front of the line.

​

 

ADA Accessibility

​

The Foundry is ADA accessible.

​

• General Admission is ADA accessible.
   

• Balcony Seating (with access through the showroom main entrance) is ADA accessible.
   

• Mezzanine is not ADA accessible.
   

Most shows are standing room only. We can provide a chair in the General Admission section for those in need.

​

ADA tables may be reserved upon request. Please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.

​

 

Prohibited Items

​

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests:

• No large bags or backpacks are permitted.
   

• Small bags and purses are allowed and will be searched upon entry.
   

• Firearms, pocket knives, utility tools, pepper spray, or any item considered dangerous are strictly prohibited.
   

• Outside food and beverages (including flasks) are not allowed.
   

 

Re-Entry & Smoking Policy

Re-entry is permitted. Your wristband, ticket, or hand stamp will allow you to exit and return.

Smoking is not allowed inside The Foundry. Guests who wish to smoke may do so in the designated areas.

Alcohol Policy

​

The Foundry features a full-service bar offering Basic City Beer, spirits, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages.

​

• Guests must be 21+ with valid photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
   

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears overly intoxicated.

• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED

• If consumption of alcohol is witnessed in the parking lot the Local Waynesboro Police Dept. will be notified.

• Please follow all of our policies regarding alcohol or be asked to leave the premises. 
   

 

Photo & Video Policy

​

Photo and video policies vary by artist.

Most bands permit cell phone photos and small digital cameras. Cameras with detachable lenses require prior approval and a photo pass from artist management.

Flash photography is not permitted.

​

 

Are Shows All Ages?

​

Most shows at The Foundry are all ages.

• Children 5 and under do not require a ticket when accompanied by an adult with a General Admission ticket.
   

• For shows that are not all ages, this will be clearly noted on the event and ticket page.
   

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
   

• Proper ID is required where applicable.
